Metal Halide Light Tower

The most compact, versatile and powerful light cart manufactured features metal halide lighting for the ultimate in power and illumination. These Metal Halide lights can light up to 218,000 square feet, be taken down in minutes, and easily loaded into the back of a pick up truck! Features a hand winch for fast and easy set up, take down, and height adjustment. Both units have steel generator platforms and can be plugged directly into any standard 15 Amp receptacle.   Both Towers can also be powered by a generator (2,500 watts or more). Metal Halide lights are mounted in a heavy duty steel yoke, providing impact resistance when in use or when transporting to another location.  Metal Halide lights require a warm-up time of 4-5 minutes for full illumination.  A cool-down time of 5 - 15 minutes is recommended after shutdown to relight.  These units feature an elliptical shape 1,000 watt light head that are extremely strong, compact and the bulbs are rated to last 10,000 hours. Item 12-1274 has a heavy duty steel telescoping mast which is raised and lowered by a self-braking winch.
