Husqvarna Active III Cut-Off Saws

Features a unique, active air filtration system which prevents dust from damaging the engine thereby dramatically reducing maintenance and downtime costs, while extending the life of the saw. Three independent filter systems work to separate dust from the intake air. System 1 uses the centrifugal force of the engine flywheel to remove 80-90% of the dust before it enters the second filtration system. System 2 consists of a three layer, oil saturated foam filter trap capturing the remaining dust. System 3 is a pleated paper filter used solely as a safeguard in case of poor maintenance of the foam filter. Also features a decompression valve which reduces the force required to start the engine by 50% thereby reducing stress and wear on the starter cover, rope and pulley. Anti-vibration system for operator comfort. All Husqvarna Active Cut-Off Saws come standard with a 20mm/1” reversible arbor.
