DrilFlex® Structural Fasteners
Specially designed to help alleviate hydrogen-induced brittle failures. DrilFlex self-drilling fasteners are formed from a special steel alloy and combine a high hardness drill point for easy and reliable drilling and tapping with a lower-hardness shank and head for increased ductility. Patented Stalgard® finish provides corrosion resistance far superior to conventional finishes. DrilFlex is designed for use in a wide variety of environments involving structural or high-stress connections and dissimilar materials.
