Densely filled fiber.  Staple set in 9” foam plastic block with a protective bumper.  Block has one threaded and one tapered handle hole.  Handle sold separately (17-0070).  *Although recommended for use on all type of vehicles, some finished may be more susceptible to scratching, therefore test in an inconspicuous area before use
