Weka Hand Held Core Drill

Can be used hand held or rig mounted for maximum versatility. The 3 speed drill has a powerful 14 amp motor capable of drilling up to 6" diameter holes. A friction safety clutch protects the operator in case the bit jams. Built in water swivel cools the diamond bit and prevents dust. Uses standard 1 1/4"-7 and 5/8"-11 threaded diamond core bits; yet we highly recommend using Hand Held Core Bits since they will drill faster and are 40% lighter in weight. Hand held hole capacity: 3/8" - 3". Rig mounted hole capacity: 3/8" - 6". Standard equipment includes 5/8"-11" adapter for core bits 1 1/2" or less, in line GFCI, thermal overload switch and 360° rotatable side handle. Three speed drill: 580/1400/2900 RPM. Total weight: 15 lbs.

Light Weight Anchor Drill Rig

This core rig manufactured by Diamond Products is an excellent value. Weighing only 45 lbs., it is perfect for any trade that has to core up to 6” diameter holes. Set up is fast and easy. The motor is 15 amps, 3.5 HP, and is single speed (800 rpm). The motor also has a slip clutch. Includes motor, drill stand, and hose with adapter.

Lightweight M-4 Core Rig Series

Weighs only 35 lbs. (rig- 20 lbs., Weka DK12 motor- 15 lbs.). Can be purchased with a Weka DK-12 hand held motor making this an extremely useful and versatile core drilling system. The M-4's drilling capacity is 6" (3" handheld). The reversible slide handle can be used on left or right side of rig. Also features a high strength, hard anodized, 1 1/2" x 2" aluminum column. The Lightweight Combination Rig includes a combination anchor/vacuum base, mast, carriage, vacuum pump, motor mount plate and your choice of drill motor. M-5 Core Drilling System

Features an easy, quick disconnect motor mount reducing set up time and making horizontal hole drilling quicker and easier. Since the stand, wheel kit and switch box weighs only 52 lbs., the drill motor can be easily mounted for wall drilling once the stand is set in place. The M-5 stand is capable of drilling holes up to 12", and up to 20" with spacers and a hydraulic motor. Also has an angle drilling capability up to 45º. The column is constructed of anodized aluminum. 4-spoke sliding handle can be used on either side of the rig. Carrying handle allows portability and easy handling. Electric Core Drill Motors

Colony offers a wide variety of high quality, multi-speed drill motors that can be adapted to the several models of Drill Stands. All motors have a built in water swivel that directs the flow of water to the drilling edge of the diamond bits keeping diamonds cool and cutting at top efficiency. Milwaukee motors with shear pins protect gears and motor against overload, allowing the machine to operate at a safe torque. Motors with slip clutch also protect gears and motor from overload and are set to specifications at the factory with no adjustment necessary. Please note that the Core Bore CB748 replaces the popular Black & Decker/DeWalt motor.
