Fire rated access door for wall installation only. Underwriters Laboratories rated for 1.5 hours, "B" label, and meets ANSI-UL 10B standard. Heavy duty spring closer assures positive latching when door closes. Concealed hinge, only door and frame is visible. Recessed exterior latch with ring operation. Interior latch release allows for door to be opened from the inside. Prime coated suitable for painting. Optional cylinder lock. Other sizes and styles available, including stainless steel.
