CADWELD® PLUS Weld Metal

CADWELD® PLUS is the latest advancement in the continuing evolution of ERICO's exothermic products. It is a simplified method of performing exothermically welded electrical connections. Consists of a tamper proof, disposable, moisture resistant weld metal cup with an unlimited shelf life. The weld metal, disk and ignition source are incorporated into the self-contained package. Moisture and wind were the old style Weld Metal’s worst enemies; this new packaging eliminates any potential waste that may have occurred. Color coded weld metal reduces risk of misapplication and gives a simple visual verification of the correct weld metal size. Electronic Control Unit means no starting material is required and makes ignition very safe and easy. Six foot control unit lead gives increased flexibility in hard to reach areas. CADWELD PLUS® has been designed to work in standard Cadweld molds.
